Peas are very nutritional for goldfish and humans alike. They are a rich source of vitamins and minerals, and encourage good digestion being high in roughage. Feed a variety of veggies to your fish, and be sure to include peas in their diet. Most goldfish love them

Feed frozen peas with no additives. Soak in hot water until soft
Remove the shells, and pinch each pea with a fingertip to make sure it’s not too hard
Cook enough peas if you please to feed for several days at a time for convenience sake, and store in the fridge for five days maximum
